The Veterans of Foreign Wars John A. Berry Post #6309 established the Gilroy Veterans Memorial on the Ranch Site of Christmas Hill Park in June 2006. The monument features the logos of the six branches of military service, three flag poles and more than 600 bricks honoring local veterans. For a list of all the names and their locations click on the Roster below.

There is still room for more memorial bricks and are added in batches of 20. The brick pavers cost $75 and can include up to two lines of 20 spaces each. Pavers typically include the veteran’s name, branch of service and dates served. Download an order form below or visit the Veterans Memorial Hall at 74 West Sixth Street in Gilroy to pick up an order form.

Can't get to the site to view a brick in person? No problem. Search the Roster for the brick location, then find the picture of it in this Google Photo Album.

(This is still a work in progress. Photos have file names with corresponding location but they are not viewable in this format.)
